Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Help maintain a 38-room motel, keeping guest rooms to the highest standards by making beds, changing linens, dusting, polishing surfaces, vacuuming, and thoroughly cleaning bathrooms.
Ensure every room is guest-ready by checking that windows shine, towels are neatly folded, amenities are fully stocked, and all finishing touches are perfectly in place.
Assisting with laundry needs ensuring everything has been thoroughly cleaned and folded.
Maintain a clean, well-stocked housekeeping cart and keep assigned closets orderly and prepared for each shift.
Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude, helping create a positive, welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Follow all hotel safety and security procedures, properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment, and promptly report any concerns, damages, or maintenance issues to management.
What you Bring to the Table:
Prior Experience in housekeeping or cleaning is mandatory
Must be able to complete a minimum of 12 rooms per shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stretch, twist, and reach for extended periods
Work diligently to ensure seamless service delivery and address guest needs.
Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail
Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
Ability to work in a fast-past environment independently, with minimal supervision.
