We are looking for energetic, patient, and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with young children and creating a positive learning environment.
About the Role:As a Preschool Recreational Gymnastics Coach, you will introduce children (ages 12 months – 5 years) to the exciting world of gymnastics in a safe, structured, and engaging environment. You will help little ones develop fundamental motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, and confidence through fun activities, obstacle courses, and basic gymnastics skills.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and assist in preschool gymnastics classes, ensuring safety and fun.
- Create an encouraging and supportive environment for young gymnasts.
- Use songs, games, and creative activities to engage children and enhance learning.
- Provide clear instructions, demonstrations, and hands-on spotting when needed.
- Communicate with parents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help set up and clean up equipment before and after classes.
- Foster a love for movement, confidence, and social skills in young athletes.
- Experience working with young children (teaching, coaching, childcare, or similar).
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a love for teaching kids.
- Strong communication and patience with both children and parents.
- Ability to engage a group of preschoolers in a structured but fun class.
- Background in gymnastics, dance, or early childhood education is a plus!
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and/or weekends.
- A fun, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
- Training provided—no gymnastics experience required!
