Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part Time Pit Boss / Part time Dealer to join our team and oversee the operations within the pit on the casino floor. To assure that games are running smoothly, supervise dealers, watch dealers for errors, ensure that proper procedures are followed, and open and close table games.
The candidate will
have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work
efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Part Time Pit Boss
- Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with guests/employees, and the charitable organizations.
- Be a great team player and exemplify outstanding guest services, to both internal as well as external guests.
- Observes problematic guest behaviors or discrepancies, and reports to Manager/Supervisors as required.
- Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and company policy’s & procedures.
- Approves and acknowledges money/color changes.
- Monitor table maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Part Time Dealer
- Deals table games in accordance with AGLC terms and conditions with AGLC regulations.
- Welcomes guest to the table.
- Promotes and maintains the highest level of integrity and customer service.
- Observes problematic guest behaviors or discrepancies, and reports to Pit Boss as required.
- Will follow all the licensing laws, health and safety, and company policy’s & procedures.
- Preforms cash & chip transactions and ensures the integrity of the games.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to spend long periods of time in constant motion.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership qualities, including conflict resolution, initiative and decision making.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
- Sharp mathematical skills to add and multiply numbers quickly and memorize repeated numerical combinations.
- 1-2 years of demonstrated experience as a Multi-Game Dealer with knowledge in dealing Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, Baccarat.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- The ability to successfully obtain a Criminal Record Check and receive a AGLC Gaming License
- AGLC Anti Money Laundering Certificate
