Part-time Maintenance Technician needed for local apartment community in Newport News.
- Perform maintenance /repairs / work orders efficiently, courteously, and promptly
- Complete preventive maintenance work orders and inspections as assigned
- General Maintenance and 1-2 year experience turning apartments required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Pay with commensurate experience
