Pay starts at $14.00+ (more based on years of experience)

Job Responsibilities

•         Complete repairs in a timely manner to ensure the smooth operation of facilities

•         Repair and maintaining equipment, machinery, building, and grounds

•         Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot problems

•         Fixing plumbing or electrical issues

•         Paint prep and painting

•         Other duties as assigned by the Director of Environmental Services

Job Qualifications

•         Seeking a candidate that enjoys and takes pride in their work

•         Basic maintenance knowledge preferred

•         Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work deadlines

•         Must be able to maintain a courteous, friendly and helpful attitude with residents, visitors, families, and co-workers at all times

•         Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift
