As a DSP, you will provide hands-on care and support, including:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility)

• Medication administration (experience required)

• Supporting individuals with bowel and bladder needs

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Laundry and maintaining a clean, safe home

• Transportation and accompaniment to appointments or community outings

• Monitoring health, safety, and overall well-being

• Building positive, supportive relationships with the individuals served

What We’re Looking For:

• DSP experience with medication administration

• Comfortable providing personal care, including toileting

• Valid Ohio Driver’s License (no more than 1 point)

• Able to lift at least 25 lbs (more in some situations)

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Reliable, compassionate, and professional

• Available to work second shift every other weekend
