Full-Time Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, inquiries, and service requests, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and appointment availability.
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently.

Problem Resolution:
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to address complex customer concerns.

Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation using our CRM system.
- Process service orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding service updates, promotions, and special offers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
