Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at Beck Cohen, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service, whether they are scheduling appointments, seeking assistance, or providing feedback. Your professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills will contribute to our company's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:

    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
    • Listen attentively to customer concerns, inquiries, and service requests, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
    • Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and appointment availability.
    • Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently.
  2. Problem Resolution:

    • Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
    • Collaborate with technicians and other team members to address complex customer concerns.
  3. Administrative Support:

    • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation using our CRM system.
    • Process service orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
    • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
    • Proactively communicate with customers regarding service updates, promotions, and special offers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
