What you’ll do

• greet and assist all guests, residents, and vendors with a professional, friendly demeanor
  
  

• answer and route a high volume of incoming calls
  
  

• manage the lobby area to ensure a welcoming, polished environment
  
  

• support departments with administrative tasks and special projects
  
  

• maintain security and sign-in procedures with accuracy and discretion
  
  

• handle confidential information respectfully and responsibly
  
  

• anticipate needs and provide timely follow-up and support across departments
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• high school diploma required
  
  

• minimum three years of related customer service or administrative experience preferred
  
  

• proficiency with microsoft office suite
  
  

• strong organizational and communication skills
