Part Time Barista - Courtyard Lexington South

Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-focused Barista to join our team! The ideal candidate will take pride in preparing Starbucks specialty beverages, light breakfast items like eggs, bacon and toast, and providing exceptional guest service in a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve Starbucks specialty drinks and other beverages to brand standards

• Cook and assemble basic morning foods such as breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and grab-and-go items

• Greet and serve guests with a warm, professional attitude

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Bistro café, food prep areas, and equipment

• Follow Marriott and local food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

• Restock items and ensure product displays are neat and inviting

• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently (Micros)

• Support team members and assist with other café or breakfast operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous barista, café, or food service experience preferred but not required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Must be available to work weekends and early morning shifts
