Parking Attendant

Seasonal position* Weekend Availability* Shift 5pm - 1am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lot Attendant to join our team at Hampton Inn Erie Bayfront. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the lot while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Drive and park vehicles in designated areas

- Maintain the appearance of the lot by organizing vehicles

- Assist customers with locating vehicles on the lot

- Handle cash transactions for parking fees if required

- Communicate effectively with customers and team members

- Provide valet parking services if needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a dealership or retail environment is preferred

- Ability to drive various types of vehicles including manual transmission

- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction

- Basic understanding of retail math for transactions

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
