What We Do:Our Education team supports students with disabilities in ways that are both personal and inclusive. We work with local schools and families. to create personalized programs for each student. If you're ready to make an impact and be part of a mission-driven team, we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:Collaborate. Help plan lessons and activities that support students' IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals.
Community-Based Learning. Create hands-on learning experiences outside the classroom.
Support. Follow training and behavioral support to ensure student safety.
Manage: Help maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
Build Relationships. Get to know students, staff, and families to help create a strong, caring community.
Education: At least a 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred).
Passion: You believe in empowering students and promoting community inclusion.
Experience. Previous experience in education or community outreach is a plus, but not required.
Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, and willingness to learn.
Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
