Over Night Front Desk Agent
The Holiday Inn Express in Chalmette is looking for a full time Over Night front desk agent. This position has a set schedule working 11PM- 7AM Thursday- Monday. MUST BE DEPENDABLE!
Qualifications: Strong communication skills, Ability to multitask and handle high volume workload, Proficiency with computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office and Reservation Management systems and Excellent attention to detail and Problem Solving
Responsibilities include: Checking Guest in and out, Running the Night Audit Reports and emailing the reports to our corporate office and General Manager, making sure our guest are happy with their stay, keeping front lobby clean and managing hotel overnight without supervision.
Hotel Experience is required
