About the Role: As a Drone Sales Representative, you'll immerse yourself in understanding the intricacies of customers' businesses. Your strategic expertise will be pivotal in securing and expanding accounts across diverse industries, particularly in agriculture, public, and government domains. Thriving on collaboration, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships while identifying and capitalizing on growth prospects.

Your skills and responsibilities will include:

  • Employing a collaborative and consultative sales approach to excel in prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and deal closure.
  • Demonstrating agility in effective cross-functional engagement, impactful product demonstrations, and adept CRM utilization.
  • Engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, showcasing an entrepreneurial mindset, and leveraging UAV operations expertise.
  • Driving sales growth year after year in the agricultural sector or public/governmental domains.
  • Meticulously covering and expanding territories, displaying a disciplined and results-oriented approach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Sales experience in the agricultural sector or public/governmental domains is highly valued.
  • Proven track record of territory sales growth and expertise in consultative selling techniques.
  • Familiarity with UAV operations coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency in communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
