Outside Sales/Service Representative – Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, & Surrounding Areas

Role Overview:
As an Outside Sales / Service Representative, you’ll generate revenue through
new and existing client relationships, drive territory growth, and act as a
trusted JM Test Systems representative. You’ll manage consultative sales,
provide exceptional service, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure
customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a sales territory, acquiring new business while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Conduct consultative, technical, and relationship-based selling.
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Attend trade shows and customer meetings to promote products and services.
- Safely operate company vehicle and handle transport of test equipment.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of outside/territory sales experience, preferably in industrial, technical, or service industries.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Knowledge of calibration, electrical testing, instrumentation, or related B2B sectors.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to pass background and safety checks.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Industrial Sales, or a technical field.
- Formal sales or safety/compliance training.

Schedule:
- 40 hour work week
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime as needed
- Weekends as needed
