Forma Steel manufactures steel roofing, siding, trim, and custom panels in a variety of gauges, colors, and finishes for every structure you can imagine. We manufacture our product in Fort Macleod, Alberta, approximately 25 minutes West of Lethbridge, in an enclosed plant that is open all year. With over 30 years of experience, you can expect to join an established company that offers numerous prospects.


We are currently looking to hire the following position to our Forma Steel Team: Outside Customer Growth and Development Advisor

This role could be based out of British Columbia, Alberta, or Saskatchewan and will be involve travelling in a designated territory depending on the individuals' location.  Candidates must be able to attend training  in Fort MacLeod, AB 


Role: Outside Customer Growth and Development Advisor

Job Type: Full-time Permanent

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday


Reporting to the Outside Sales Manager, this role will be instrumental in developing customer relationships and acquiring further market share

Expand our B2B sales model and bring new customers into our dealer network

Exercise good judgement in responding and offering solutions to customers

Generate positive and collaborative working relationships internally and externally 


In addition to being a strong culture fit for our Forma Steel Team, the ideal candidate will bring the following:

Demonstrated working knowledge of sales and customer relationships

Understanding of a B2B sales model and dealer network

Prior outside sales experience, bonus points if experience is within construction industry

Proficient with sales software and business software (example Microsoft Office)

Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract and be able to travel regularly


Working Conditions:

Frequent travel is required, often up to several hours of driving per day.
