Outpatient Clinician / Therapist

POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Clarity Child Guidance Center is seeking two licensed therapists to provide outpatient clinical services to a diverse community population. Applicants who have experience working with complex childhood trauma utilizing trauma informed treatment approaches that incorporate family therapy are preferred. Applicants should have interest and experience in facilitating structured as well as process oriented outpatient group therapy. A strong understanding and interest in applying developmental psychology and systems theory to clinical practice is essential. Applicants who value lifelong learning and who are willing to participate in ongoing clinical supervision, peer case consultation and training are encouraged to apply.
POSITION SUMMARY
Successful applicants will provide individual, group and family psychotherapy; clinical supervision; conduct clinical evaluations and will perform other clinical or case management functions as assigned. Provide clinical services at Clarity’s main campus or in locations assigned based on community partnerships. Staff therapists are expected to write appropriate clinical documents and effectively present clinical information verbally. EDUCATION/TRAINING EXPERIENCE
Master's degree or Doctorate or the equivalent
Three years post master's clinical experience preferred
Three years experience/training in child/adolescent psychiatric setting preferred
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Clinical license required (i.e. LCSW, LPC, LPA)
Note: Licensed Psychological Associates who meet the requirements noted above and who have experience conducting psychological testing with children and adolescents are also encouraged to apply.
