Operations Manager $55K starting salary

GroundUP Restaurants, owners of Honest Abe's, Vic's Pizza and more is searching for an Operations Manager!

A Company Wide Operating Manager, or CWOM, helps ensure the products and services we offer to our community meet our quality standards. The CWMO works closely with store managers, making sure they have the tools and team available to be successful. They are hands on, making sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Job Requirements:

• Weekend Availability (Fridays through Sunday) is a must
• Expected 45 hours minimum
• On Call- expected to respond to stores when there is a need- if unavailable help coordinate help

Job Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:

• trained and knowledgable at all restaurants with basic managerial duties:
• opening and closing the store
• counting drawers/properly storing money in safe
• vendor ordering and aware of ordering schedules
• inventory count & control
• employee scheduling using the software “Homebase” (will train if unfamiliar)
• basic Toast (POS) knowledge
• trained how to “run a shift,” can be front of house or back of house
• aware of prime goals (food+labor)
• aware of company core values and mission statement
• capable of great “above and beyond” hospitality
