Operations Maintenance Manager

Full time - 45 Hours - Earliest in time 4 am    Latest out time 1 am  Shift times may vary depending on emergencies.

Must be available to work weekdays, mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsible for assigning of activities required to maintain, repair, or replace the various operational systems within the Bavarian Inn Lodge; directs the activities of special projects; purchases equipment and supplies required for equipment and facility care and maintenance.  A special focus of this position is working with the maintenance team on a day-to-day basis to oversee training and ensure that procedures are properly followed.

 BASIC QUALIFIATIONS: 

Undergraduate degree or equivalent in maintenance management and the various systems involved in maintenance. 

Valid state driver’s license required. 

Ability to drive Lodge vehicles and be insured.  

Minimum three years experience in a related position.
