SUMMARY:

Responsible for the financial oversight of all projects in Operations.  Also responsible for driving marketing efforts as well as initial Business Development efforts for all departments.

EXPECTATIONS:

·         Fiscal responsibility of markets/region (billing, forecasting, etc)

·         Development of processes for efficiency and effectiveness

·         Provide input to Director on evaluations/goals/development of employees

·         Identifies variances in forecasting and reports to EVP and Directors on a regular basis.

·         Develop Marketing Plans to lead the organization in Sales & Marketing efforts:

Ø  Strengths: Identify company strengths and competitive advantages and utilize to better position the company for sales

Ø  Weaknesses: Identify company weaknesses and recommend actions to improve in the identified areas

Ø  Opportunities: Conduct market research on new business opportunities, new trends in the industry, client activity and economic news.

Ø  Threats: Conduct competitor analysis, new trends in the industry, and economic news and apply knowledge gained as appropriate.

·         Create proposals and presentations regarding F&F services.  Deliver presentations to clients and prospects.

·         Prepare for industry trade shows.

·         Assist in determination of pricing of services.

·         Achieve sales results through driving prospecting efforts and developing Business Plans as appropriate

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Advises management of project financial progress and successes/issues with projects.

·         Provides input and analysis to Directors to ensure teams meet or exceed client and management expectations in the areas including operation within budget guidelines.

·         Ensures teams work within departmental and project budget constraints.

·         Implements and improves policies and procedures.

·         Reviews and approves all phase billing, hourly billing and option/advance funds invoices. Ensures accurate billing, controlling past due receivables, and expense control.  Approves Time and Expense reports.

·         Maintains staffing required to efficiently meet scheduled work by utilizing capacity, tracking and forecasting models.  Makes recommendations for development and improvement of all models.

·         Maintains client database, project histories, brochures and other promotional materials required by management.

·         Performs market analysis in current and prospective markets and generates key reports as needed.

·         Places “cold calls†to companies to determine the need for F&F services and/or appropriate internal contacts.

·         Creates action plan and carries out follow up communication with business development sales leads.

·         Responsible for preparation of proposals and other written and graphic materials required to make presentations/proposals to clients.  Deliver presentations/proposals to clients and prospects.

·         Supports business development efforts by tracking leads, close ratios, and other marketing data through weekly and on-demand reports.

·         Supports & assists in marketing efforts, including email campaigns, direct mail, newspaper, website, industry publications, fliers, promotions and other related tactics.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Performs other duties as required.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Provides Analysis and advises Directors, Regional Leads, Sr. Project Managers, and Project Managers. 

 

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

·         Works under general direction of the Executive Vice President.

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 

Education and/or Experience:

·         Four year college degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred

·         Five to seven years Real Estate, Wireless Communications, Accounting, Site Acquisition or related experience preferred.

·         Equivalent combination of education and experience required

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·         Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

·         Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage own workload and deliverables with minimal supervision under strict timelines.

·         Skill in operation of listed equipment.

·         Ability to read and understand maps (including street, topo, ownership, and quad maps).

·         Ability to supervise subordinate employees and make good administrative and managerial decisions.

·         Formal presentation skills to groups and individuals.

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

·         Current and valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance.

·         Availability for overnight travel as required.

·         Project Management Professional Certification Preferred
