Overview

 

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Development and Analytics Manager to serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders across the organization. This role will elevate our organization’s analytics capabilities, sharpen business case development, and drive data-driven decision-making. In addition, the Manager will play a key role in supporting corporate development activities, helping to identify, evaluate, and integrate growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities

 

  • Analytics Leadership: Design and implement advanced analytical frameworks to uncover insights, track performance, and guide strategic priorities.
  • Business Case Development: Build compelling, data-driven business cases to evaluate new initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with cross-functional teams to embed data into everyday decisions, enhancing operational and strategic outcomes.
  • Acquisition Support: Assist in identifying acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, performing financial analysis, and supporting integration efforts as needed.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing actionable recommendations grounded in quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools to communicate key metrics and trends effectively to stakeholders.
  • Strategic Projects: Tackle special projects ranging from market analysis to process optimization, adapting to the organization’s evolving needs.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Experience: 4-7 years in corporate development, business analytics, strategy, management consulting, or a related field, with a proven track record of influencing decisions through data.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, & Power BI) and financial modeling.
    • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
    • Experience with M&A processes, including valuation, due diligence, or integration, is a plus.
    • Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
