Responsibilities:

• Manage escalations with clients: Take ownership of client escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfactory outcomes. Coordinate with vendors, follow up on outstanding issues, and maintain effective communication with all parties involved.

• Hold recurring meetings with clients: Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to address their needs, provide updates on ongoing projects, and gather feedback. Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and attentive support.

• Lead a team of client support members: Supervise and guide a team of client support members, providing training, mentoring, and ongoing support. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, ensuring effective coordination and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Extensive customer service experience: Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle client escalations, manage relationships, and deliver exceptional customer support.

• Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

• Proficiency in Google Suite: Familiarity with Google Suite tools, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Ability to utilize these tools for efficient communication, documentation, and collaboration.

• Bilingual proficiency (a plus): Fluency in more than one language is highly desirable, as it can enhance communication and support for clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

• Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple client requests, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.

• Growth mindset: Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks. Eagerness to grow with the company and embrace new challenges.

• Leadership skills: Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred but not required. Ability to motivate and inspire a team, foster a positive work environment, and drive performance.

Note: This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company. No prior experience in this specific field is required, but experience in customer service roles is preferred.
