Collaborate, consult, collectively.  As an Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations, both internally and externally. You will coordinate and project manage our luxury clients, vendors, collaborators (UN DP, UN Women, UN Biodiversity) from a logistics framework, while working with cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs and build/create/apply Best Practices. All our roles offer the opportunity for autonomous project work for a stellar career trajectory. If you are an organized, creative thinker that is eager to tackle adoption of new tech stacks (especially within Gen AI) and like to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, this is the role for you.

As a Logistics Associate, you will:

  • Collaboratively initiate, design, and drive strategy deliverables, including Continuous Improvement, Total Quality Management, and SOP workflows, to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and environmental sustainability of our operations.  Generative AI is increasingly incorporated into our processes.
  • Work alongside Brand, B2B, and Digital Commerce departments to measure, track, and analyze strategy outcomes, enabling data-centric, agile iterations for optimal performance.
  • Research, adapt, and implement cutting-edge tech stacks - integrating AI into our research, pathways, and processes.
  • Evaluate vendor and service provider performance using KPIs, driving quality and service improvements.
  • Own and drive the design and activation of performance and project management metrics, implementing process improvement plans within vendor relations and procurement.
  • Forecast demand and manage inventory levels at global warehouses, overseeing replenishments and conducting stock movement analysis.
  • Process orders in our ERP system.
  • Assist in profit/loss analysis of warehouses and fulfillment centers, contribute to cost accounting, and support dynamic pricing strategies.
  • Actively coordinate and manage new product development, collaborating on customer journey (CX) designs, visual design, narrative, and consumer product testing. Contribute innovative ideas to bring exciting luxury products to life, including collaborations with renowned partners such as LVMH, PANTONE, Smithsonian Museum, multiple UN institutions and Fantastic Fungi.

Compensation:

 $63,000 to $66,000 

The ultimate agreed-upon compensation will be contingent on the relevant skills, experience and job-related knowledge of the successful candidate. Additionally, you'll enjoy wellness benefits, extended health coverage including dental benefits, and an abundance of tea to satisfy your taste buds!
