IT Support Associate
Scope: The IT Support Specialist provides frontline technology support to staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the IT department. This role assists the IT Manager with helpdesk requests and technical troubleshooting.
This role is ideal for a technically savvy, hands-on problem solver. The IT Support Specialist is an essential team member who ensures staff have the tools, processes, and environment they need to thrive.

Qualifications and Experience:
· 1–3 years of IT helpdesk or technical support experience.
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and common office technologies.
· Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience supporting process rollout or project coordination.
· Nonprofit, mission-driven organization experience.
· Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar productivity suites.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with workstation setup, configuration, and maintenance for new and existing employees.
· Support the IT Manager with technology updates, inventory management, and user account administration.
· Document IT support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
· Provide basic training and guidance to staff on software and technology tools.
