OneStream Architect

Andrew Morgan Consulting, LLC (AMC) is seeking a seasoned OneStream Architect to spearhead the technical projects catering to Federal and Commercial clients. In this role, you will be at the forefront of initiatives aimed at the continued development, enhancement, and support of a financial management tool crucial for the Defense Health Agency (DHA). As part of our team, you will be tasked with sustaining and improving a current financial management solution while spearheading the development of new configurations to meet emerging requirements and evolving needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with government stakeholders and partners to grasp the intricacies of business objectives, drive Agile sprints to successful conclusions, and foster continuous improvement within the team. Experience working in federal consulting is desired.

This position is full-time and 100% remote.

THE ROLE.

• Oversee ongoing enhancements and maintenance of OneStream application that supports budgeting and execution processes
• Assume a leadership role in the preparation and facilitation of requirements and design sessions
• Manage the quality of technical deliverables (e.g. Design Document, Test Plans, etc.)
• Provide guidance and mentorship to technical team members
• Occasional travel and extended hours may be required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of combined commercial and Federal experience in designing, developing, and managing enterprise applications of similar scale and complexity.
• Three years experience with CPM tools such as OneStream or Oracle Hyperion.
• Three years experience with CPM tool deployment on premise and in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Five years experience in data management, database design, analytical reporting, and dashboarding.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods for analyzing data.
• Extensive understanding of Cybersecurity techniques to lower enterprise risk.
• Demonstrated ability to independently create successful technical solutions to address business needs of similar complexity.
• OneStream Certified Professional.
• ACTIVE DoD SECRET Clearance, required.

• Knowledge of business, technology, and management principles involved in strategic planning, organizational change management, resource allocation, human resources practices, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources.
• Experience with strategy, software development, operations, engineering, development services, information security, and compliance.
• Extensive knowledge of industry-leading technology best practices, including familiarity with technology methodologies such as ITIL, Agile, and DevOps.
• Must be able to identify, evaluate, and recommend processes, tools, technologies, and/or products to meet business and budgetary requirements.
• Well organized, thorough, and able to handle competing priorities.
• Ability to maintain focus and develop proficiency in new skills rapidly.

The Salary for this position is commensurate with location and experience.
