The Riviera Club is committed to providing excellence to its Members and their Guests. We are adding hard-working; serious culinarians to our TEAM. The Riviera Club is creating a new ala carte experience and you have the opportunity to be a part of building something special. The Riviera Club was established in 1933 and has one of the largest outdoor pools in the United States. As a Dishwasher you will learn that teamwork, timing and communication are essential to everyone’s success. You may find yourself working a variety of stations and positions, as well as other culinary team members assisting you throughout the shift. All positions require great attention to detail, while maintaining a clean and sanitary station. Everyone is responsible for maintaining correct temperatures of food, as well as upholding all other health department specifications to ensure consistency, quality and safety of our food for our Members and guests. We take pride in the product we serve our Members and their guests!
A Concession Stand Supervisor’s Responsibilities include
· Maintain proper uniform; clean and free of excessive wrinkles, dry clean when needed
· Properly set up banquet room(s) as instructed including linen and china
· Follow health and safety practices at all times
· All prep work must be completed prior to event start time
· Serve food and/or beverage; ensuring consistency throughout event
· Respond promptly to any guest request
· Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and mannerism
· Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success
· During event, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event
· Once banquet is complete, all linen, silverware, china and trays must be removed from space
· Assist in set-up and tear down of an event or banquet
· Work areas must be cleaned and wiped down and all side duties must be completed before punching out for your shift
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in scheduling. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25lbs
- Commit to 100% Member satisfaction, 100% of the time
- Enthusiastic, Responsible, Dependable, Consistent, Level-Headed, Flexible, and Calm in all situations
- Ability to work as a member of a team and the ability to accomplish tasks without constant direction.
- Great attitude and highly self-motivated.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Front of House experience a plus.
- ServSafe and an Indiana Liquor Server License is a plus
Compensation varies on skill level
