Oma's Hostess
a. PART TIME – 7 – 35 hours average work week, may be less when season is slow, may be more when season is busy. 2 - 5 days/wk.
b. Working shifts will usually be any combination of shifts between hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
c. This person is expected to work weekends, weekdays and holidays.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs the duties of Host/Hostess in the Dining Room or Lounge. Responsible for directing and supervising the operation of personnel, assuring that ideal environment is maintained. Responsible for the cleaning activities performed in the opening/closing of the Dining Room. Ensures satisfaction of guest service through the wait staff and food quality. Promotes promptness in serving the guest and making available proper seating arrangements. Checks for accuracy of customer counts according to procedures set up by the Food and Beverage Department. Will receive additional training as a server.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must be minimum of 17 years old and complete and pass ServSafe Alcohol Course. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year experience as Host/Hostess or related food experience. Pleasing personality, well-groomed and neat appearance. Ability to resolve service problems on own initiative. Good interpersonal communication skills.

rubber soles, name tag.
Male: Black dress slacks, white long sleeve dress shirt, green vest, red tie, black tie
leather work shoes with rubber soles, name tag.
