Office Manager
The Home Care – Home Health Care division of The League is seeking a dedicated, hard-working and self-motivated Office Manager to join our team. This full-time, non-exempt position is responsible for supervising the work performance of home care field staff members, scheduling the provision of attendant, homemaking, respite care, and home health aide services; ensuring that services are provided in accordance with consumer hours; and managing office operations that support the provision of services. The ideal candidate should have a strong work-ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and be motivated to serve our consumers.
Essential Duties/Skills/Responsibilities/Qualifications
· Supervises the work performance of home care field staff members including reviews and disciplinary action.
· Maintains monthly field staff schedules and make changes as necessary to comply with consumer hours.
· Evaluates and monitors the quality of services delivered to the client and ensures compliance with all regulations.
· Maintains positive relationships with consumers, organizational partners, community service agencies, government entities, all levels of co-workers, and other professionals.
· Files copies of field staff and consumer notes and ensures copies is attached in electronic medical record.
· Assist in preparing for and participate in, on-site program reviews (audits) conducted by funders and regulatory bodies.
· Answer and direct all in-coming phone calls, written and electronic correspondence, responding in 24 hours.
· Participate in initial and regularly scheduled training for field staff workers.
· Conduct performance evaluations of field staff workers and report results to the to the division Director.
· Submit weekly field staff time sheets.
· Ability to independently operate or learn to operate the League’s computer network and software.
· Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or related field, preferred. Undergraduate degree or its equivalent, and two (2) years of direct experience in health service administration, with a minimum of one year in home health required.

Hourly Wage Range: $20 - $24, depending on experience
