Office Personnel & Recruiter
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Personnel & Recruiter to join our administrative team. This dual-role position is essential in helping us grow by finding and onboarding high-quality caregivers while ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
• Recruit and interview prospective caregivers
• Assist with onboarding and maintaining employee files
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
• Support the operations manager as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous administrative or HR experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with caregiver recruitment is a plus
