Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Office Manager to lead daily operations in our growing pediatric speech and occupational therapy practice. This is a leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about supporting both staff and families.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations/ meetings with clinical directors
- Supervise and support a team of 5–7+ staff members
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and front office procedures
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and administrative processes
- Maintain compliance with healthcare policies and standards
- Support a positive, team-oriented work culture
- Assist with billing, insurance coordination, and reporting as needed
🔹 Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing 5–7 or more employees
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a busy setting
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Medical office management experience preferred (therapy or pediatric setting a plus)
