Office Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our corporate office and support our network of hotels. This role is essential in maintaining the health of the office environment, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and acting as a liaison between the office and hotel teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Oversight
- Maintain the overall health and functionality of the office environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure all office systems and processes are running efficiently.
Front Office Duties
- Answer and direct incoming calls; take messages as needed.
- Greet and host clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and routing to appropriate parties.
Accounts Payable Oversight
- Supervise the AP process handled by another associate.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Operational Monitoring
- Track and ensure that both office and hotel teams are completing assigned tasks.
- Oversee OneDrive uploads and document organization.
- Monitor hotel chargeback processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy
