Five Element Wellness Center, a leading acupuncture and integrative medicine practice, is

seeking an office manager to help us keep up with the pace of our high-volume clinic. We

operate out of Coral Springs and Weston, and we're looking for a highly organized and

passionate individual with management experience to oversee day-to-day operations.

We’re passionate about changing lives, and we’re looking for someone who shares that passion

and can seamlessly integrate with our team. Our founder, Dr. Monique Rodriguez, DAc, LAc,

has built a patient-centered practice whose mission is to transform lives—both for the patients

we serve, and the staff employed here.

Responsibilities:

As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all administrative, supervisory, and managerial functions of the office

• Managing front office personnel, including patient registration, scheduling, and check-in

• Answering patient billing questions

• Handling check-ins/check-outs and co-pay collections

• Managing 2 clinic locations and ensuring efficient operations

• Supervising medical office staff, including administrative assistants and front office

personnel

• Monitoring and managing the office budget, ensuring financial goals are met

• Providing high-quality care through organization and leadership

• Managing all aspects of human resources with expert communication and leadership

• Ensuring all patient interactions are handled professionally, empathetically, and

efficiently


What We’re Looking For:

• Must have experience working in a medical field

• Must live within 45 minutes of either clinic (Coral Springs or Weston)

• Ability to follow established protocols and procedures

• Willingness to learn new techniques

• Ability to work collaboratively in a strong team environment

• Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays

• Must provide at least three professional references

• Must pass a background check prior to employment

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Electronic Medical Records

required

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, self-starting attitude

• Ability to multitask and prioritize based on business needs

• Flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment

Salary:

• Base salary starting at $55,000 per year
