Office Clerk - Term

To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking an Office Clerk for a 3 month term with the potential to become permanent. In this position you will provide administrative support to various departments.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
• Providing excellent customer service to our guests
• Mail administration
• Making daily bank deposits
• Organizing, maintaining, and coordinating office records and files in their proper locations
• Assisting with Accounts Payable – manage email; save, code, enter invoices; reconcile vendor statements to invoices entered
• Matching statements and statements of accounts
• Monitoring stocks of office, coffee, lunchroom, kitchen, and bathroom supplies
• Providing backfill for other positions as needed
We’re Looking For:
• Continuous learning & willingness to cross-train
• Friendly and approachable character
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High degree of initiative, accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes
• Valid class 5 driver’s license
