Office Cashier – Automotive Dealership
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Cashier to join our accounting team at our busy automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting processes and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process daily bank deposits accurately and in a timely manner.
· Post funding notices and verify all supporting documentation.
· Process and track NSF (non-sufficient funds) checks.
· Reconcile assigned accounting schedules.
· Collaborate with the Parts and Service Departments to ensure all monies are collected from Repair Orders (ROs) and parts invoices.
· Maintain accurate records and assist with other office-related duties as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Previous experience in an automotive dealership preferred.
· Knowledge of Advent and/or CDK systems preferred, but not required.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with a commitment to accuracy and teamwork.
