Job Summary: Implement sales/marketing plan that will meet or exceed the company’s overall business plan, census goals and financial objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line telephone and greet visitors
- Creates and maintains various databases, forms, and reports
- Complete insurance verification and prior authorizations, as needed
- Complete registration of patients
- Schedules appointments
- Provide administrative and clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff
- Help potential employees with Job Application
- Review job applications and call qualify candidate for interviews
- Other duties as assigned by Office Manager & the Site/Program Director
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Coordinate and attend events, conferences, and meetings to promote the agency's services
- Collaborate with the Marketing Liaison to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction
- Prepare and present reports on marketing activities and outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of referrals and marketing activities
- Works directly with Marketing Liaison
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
1. High School Education
2. Two years of college preferred.
3. Two years of experience in healthcare marketing preferred.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Self-starter
