Office Assistant
Position is Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm .
Pay is $10
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings
- Organize and schedule travel arrangements
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Microsoft office experience required
