About Us

Carroll Water is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office and Customer Service Manager to lead our administrative and customer support teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including administrative support, supplies management, and facility coordination.
  • Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and training to improve team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to office and customer service activities.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, scheduling, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management and customer service leadership.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceTitan a plus).
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

About Carroll Water 

Founded in 1983 by Ron Smith. Ron’s goal was to provide Carroll County, Maryland with clean drinking water. After many years building Carroll Water in 2015 his son, Brian, purchased the company. Brian worked in the company since he was 12 years old. Since acquiring the company Brian’s vision has continued to surpass all expectations, acquiring Harr Well Drilling in 2016 and Jones Well Drilling in 2022, to make Carroll Water a leader in the Water Treatment and Well Drilling industry.
