Responsibilities:

  • Utilize accounting system to manage all aspects of financial transactions including invoicing, purchase orders, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Support Human Resource functions, such as job postings, interview scheduling, record-keeping, and benefits administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date OSHA and employee records
  • Point-of-sale system maintenance and management
  • Use of Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting

 Qualifications:

  • Proven experience utilizing data systems for business functions
  • Fundamental understanding of accounting methods and proficient in their application
  • Knowledge of basic human resource practices
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other office suite applications
  • Dependable, positive attitude, enjoys working with and helping others
  • Ability to problem solve to achieve desired outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field considered in lieu of experience
