Fisher Packing Company is seeking an organized and task-oriented individual to manage the administration of day-to-day business processes. Responsibilities:
- Utilize accounting system to manage all aspects of financial transactions including invoicing, purchase orders, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Support Human Resource functions, such as job postings, interview scheduling, record-keeping, and benefits administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date OSHA and employee records
- Point-of-sale system maintenance and management
- Use of Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience utilizing data systems for business functions
- Fundamental understanding of accounting methods and proficient in their application
- Knowledge of basic human resource practices
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other office suite applications
- Dependable, positive attitude, enjoys working with and helping others
- Ability to problem solve to achieve desired outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field considered in lieu of experience
