Looking to break out of the ordinary and into something epic? Join the Alpine Adventures team and get behind the wheel of our legendary 6-wheel-drive Swiss Army vehicles – the Pinzgauers – as you take guests on thrilling, off-road mountain tours they’ll never forget!

No previous off-road experience? No problem! We provide all training and equipment to get you adventure-ready. If you love the outdoors, enjoy meeting new people, and have a sense of adventure, this is the job for you.

We’re proud to be New England’s premier adventure destination, offering epic outdoor experiences including ziplining, off-road tours, and treetop adventures. Our off-road tours are a fan favorite, combining incredible views, bumpy thrills, and one-of-a-kind vehicles – all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism under ACCT guidelines (Association for Challenge Course Technology).

As an Off-Road Driver, you'll be at the wheel of our rugged, all-terrain Pinzgauers, safely navigating through the mountains and delivering an exciting, educational, and entertaining experience for every guest.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Driving multiple off-road tours daily through our scenic mountain terrain

• Operating and maintaining our 6-wheel drive Pinzgauers with safety and professionalism

• Providing guests with a fun, informative, and unforgettable experience

• Conducting safety checks and pre/post-trip inspections

• Assisting guests in and out of the vehicles and ensuring comfort during the ride

• Working as part of a team to maintain cleanliness and readiness of all tour vehicles and areas

• Upholding our core values and acting as a positive ambassador to guests, coworkers, and the local community

• Drive seriously cool vehicles through mountain terrain – it doesn’t get much better!

We’re looking for dependable, energetic individuals who:

• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

• Are comfortable driving larger vehicles (experience with off-road driving is a plus but not required)

• Have great people skills and love working with the public

• Are safety-focused and detail-oriented

• Can work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)

• Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

  MUST BE CONFIDENT MANUAL DRIVER

• Position Type: Seasonal Hourly (opportunity to grow into year-round role)

• Training Provided: Yes – we’ll teach you everything you need to know!

• Pay Grade: Based on experience and qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (for insurance requirements)
