Avalon View Health & Wellness is a busy 140-bed skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility with beautiful rehabilitation space including a spacious gym, functional ADL spaces, and proximity to our skilled wing. We are getting ready for a big renovation of the therapy spaces in the next year.  Our facility campus contains a locked memory unit, a skilled rehab to home wing, and a large long-term care population. We have a compassionate and dedicated nursing team who collaborates with therapy and a fun, high-energy in-house therapy team with veteran therapists who are dedicated to our residents and patients and improving their quality of life. Our facility administrator is very supportive, dynamic and always available to assist the therapy team and provide resources to improve the quality of care.  We see a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and both short-term rehab patients as well as long-term care residents.  We offer modalities through ACP and have purchased the CEU program so you will have access to paid CEU's.

We are looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated staff.  We seek an OT who is a self-motivated healthcare professional with a passion for thinking out of the box, developing patient-centered clinical programming,  and providing outstanding care to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

Requirements of the job:

• Valid state license
• Completion of accredited therapy program
• Some experience in a skilled nursing setting is a plus but we welcome therapists with all levels of experience to apply.
