Transitions Healthcare Gettysburg is currently seeking a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to join our team of talented caregivers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the nursing home facility
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care for residents
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and assess the quality of care provided to residents
- Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate resident care plans
- Handle resident complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Manage the facility's budget and financial resources
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Current active and unencumbered Nursing Home Administrators (NHA) license in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or long-term care facility
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and regulations
- Familiarity with social work principles and practices in a healthcare setting
- Understanding of home care services and their integration into nursing home operations
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting
