Parkway Health Care Center in Kansas City, MO is looking for an energetic, results orientated team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills to take charge of this facility. Previous Administrator experience with a successful track record and experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Must have thorough knowledge of regulations and possess an unencumbered Missouri Nursing Home Administrator License. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring a high standard of care for residents in assisted living and long-term care settings.
• Supervise staff, providing leadership and support to enhance team performance.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs, focusing on memory care and dementia support.
• Ensure compliance with resident's rights and safety regulations while fostering a positive community environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to add
