Lawrence Street Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring safe, high-quality care for our residents in our skilled nursing community.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans

• Administer medications and treatments accurately

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Supervise and support CNA staff on shift

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Current, unencumbered RN or LVN license in Texas

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills

• Dependable and able to work overnight hours
