Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time, W-2) – Behavioral Health

Compensation: $55–$60/hour (W-2 employee)
Schedule: Part-time, 4 days per week

Comprehensive Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative team providing behavioral health evaluations and medication management. This is a W-2 employee role, based out of our offices in Howland and Austintown, Ohio.

This position is ideal for an NP who values meaningful, team-based work with flexible scheduling and a supportive environment.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management

• Provide ongoing care for clients with a range of behavioral health conditions

• Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and medical directors

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in EMR

• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and follow-up

• Active NP license in Ohio

• PMHNP certification preferred (but not required with relevant experience)

• Experience with psychiatric assessments and med management (required)

• Comfortable working across two nearby clinic locations

• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills

• Competitive hourly rate ($55–$60/hour)

• Predictable schedule: 4 days per week, no weekends

• W-2 employee status (not 1099)
