About the Role:We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Rural Health Clinics. You'll serve patients across the lifespan with a focus on primary, preventive, and chronic care in a team-based setting.
What You’ll Do:-
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages

See an average of 18–22 patients per day

Manage a mix of acute, chronic, and wellness visits
-
Perform in-office procedures (based on scope and training)

Document patient encounters in EHR/EMR
-
Support a culture of safety, empathy, and service
-
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff

What You’ll Bring:Required:

Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
-
Current, unrestricted Arizona RN license
-
Current, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner license (FNP or Adult NP)
-
Current Prescribing & Dispensing License (AZ)
-
DEA Certificate (Controlled Substance Registration)
-
BLS or ACLS Certification (AHA)
-
Active medical staff privileges (or ability to obtain)
-
Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and clinical technology
Preferred:

2+ years of experience in Family Practice or Primary Care

Familiarity with rural or underserved healthcare settings

Passionate about patient-centered, evidence-based care

Strong communicator, adaptable, and collaborative

Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern health IT tools
