Job Responsibilities:
As a Nurse Manager, you will::
🕒 Provide 24/7 Leadership Oversight – Assume twenty-four (24) hour accountability, responsibility, and authority for the administration and supervision of an assigned household.
🩺 Lead Nursing Care Delivery – Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care and services to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.
🏥 Coordinate Unit Operations – Manage nursing personnel, supplies, and equipment while coordinating unit activities with other departments.
🤝 Support Direct Resident Care – Provide direct resident care as needed in addition to management responsibilities.
👥 Supervise Nursing Staff – Oversee and support RN, LPN, MA, and CNA staff assigned to the household.
Qualifications:
✔ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
✔ Current RN State Licensure and CPR certification
✔ Patience, tact, sense of humor, enthusiasm, and a willingness to handle difficult situations
✔ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
✔ Ability to foster team engagement and support staff well-being
✔ Effective verbal and written communication skills
