Shifts - 7PM-7AM

Your Role in the Organization

The primary purpose of the job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Qualifications: 

Must have a valid unencumbered nursing license.  Must have valid CPR/BLS certification or be willing to obtain during orientation. 

Essential Elements of your Job

  • Lead and support all functions related to quality for care for our residences.
  • Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants. 
  • Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.
  • Complete processes and paperwork related to Admission, transfer, and discharge of our residents. 
  • Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians Order Form. Transcribe physician's orders to resident charts, medication records treatment/care plans, as required.
  • Chart nurse's notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.
