We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our team providing excellent care on our night shift (7:00pm to 7:00am, rotating schedule). Premium from 3p-7a through the week
- Weekend Shift Premium is $3.50 starting shift on Friday (night) until the end of the shift Sunday (night)

A Night in the Life of a Long-Term Care Nurse:
- Providing patient care to residents
- Complies with state and Federal Regulations.
- Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Assesses and coordinates patients' discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN or RN state license(s)
- Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation
