Night Time Lead Supervisor

Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced night time supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous supervisor experience is required for this position. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the nightly operation of the store, including supervising and leading a team of employees

• Ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, including maintaining a clean and organized store

• Provide excellent customer service, and motivate employees to provide a great in store shopping experience

• Having the proper knowledge of store merchandise, while being aware of the location of backstock, and helping maintain store stock levels

• Cash handling, making change, and making sure drawers are closed out properly at the end of the shift

• Receiving in product
• Training new keyholders and new sales associates
• Consistently communicate with the store managers about any necessary issues

Qualifications and Requirements 

• Previous retail and supervisor experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Working nights and weekends, and some mornings when needed

• Working a minimum of 30+ hours per week
