The Willcox, Aiken’s iconic historic hotel, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our front desk team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a quiet, structured work environment and takes pride in ensuring smooth overnight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run daily audit reports to close and balance the day’s financial transactions

• Assist with late check-ins and early check-outs

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth

• Ensure the lobby and public spaces are tidy and secure

Qualifications:

• Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with hotel PMS systems a plus

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
