💼 About the Role
We’re undergoing a major digital transformation and are seeking a high-energy, expert-level NetSuite Project Manager to lead the migration from Salesforce ERP and Certinia to NetSuite, working closely with an elite implementation partner.
This high-impact, visible role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth transition while engaging with every functional department—Finance, Operations, Marketing, Design, and more. Post-implementation, the role evolves into our Senior NetSuite Administrator, taking full ownership of the ERP ecosystem’s long-term success.
🔧 What You’ll Do
🧩 Lead the end-to-end NetSuite implementation with internal and external teams
📊 Own project timelines, deliverables, and budgets using agile methodology
🗣 Collaborate with cross-functional departments to define business requirements
🔄 Map & migrate data from Salesforce ERP/Certinia to NetSuite; lead ETL planning and execution
🤝 Ensure alignment between CRM and ERP systems post-migration
✅ Manage UAT, change requests, training sessions, and post-launch support
🛠 Serve as NetSuite Administrator: handle system configuration, role permissions, reports, and enhancements
🎓 What You Bring
✅ 5+ years NetSuite experience, including full-cycle ERP implementation
✅ Strong project management skills (PMP, Agile, Scrum certs a plus)
✅ Familiarity with Salesforce ERP or Certinia (FinancialForce)
✅ Experience with ETL processes and data architecture
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
✅ Ability to thrive independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
✅ Deep understanding of business operations across multiple departments

👕 Experience in apparel, manufacturing, or high-volume B2C
🌍 Experience with offshore teams
